The range of Large-sized Decoilers covers machine sizes with main data indicated below: 

• Max coil weight from 8.000 kg up to 30.000 kg
• Material widths up to 2.000 mm
• Max coil outside diameter up to 1.700 mm (upon request also bigger)
• Versions with hydraulically operated sliding wedge expansion
• Versions as pull-off-decoilers without drive
• Versions with constant-speed drive and acceleration- / brake ramp
  by frequency converter, aprox 10 r.p.m. at the decoiler shaft
• Versions with variable speed drive

Optionally for these decoilers there are accessories available, like for example:

• Loop control by initiator (proximity switch), lever arm or ultrasonic sensor
• Hydraulically operated hold down arm with non-driven pressure roll
• Hydraulically operated hold down arm with driven pressure roll
• Pneumatically closing disk brake
• Pneumatically opening disk brake (fail-safe)
• Hydraulically operated lateral traversing unit, travelling distance 300 mm
• Coil limiting arms for lateral material guiding
• Expansion range enlargement for 570 - 630 mm for coil inner diameter
  610 mm by attachable segments
• Conical rolls for lateral material guiding, hydraulically swivelling and
  manually movable
